Philly (Hamels-L) @ Arizona ( Corbin-L)----Can these Philly bats give my man Hamels some run support?? In his L5 starts, he has only given up 21 Hits and 8 ER in 35 IP. As crazy as it sounds, Hamels has pitched better away from home TY and he will be looking to get the win in the opener of this 4 game series. He will be going against the DBacks best pitcher TY ,Corbin. He is 4-0 with a 1.82 ERA. He has went 6 IP or deeper in all his starts, so Hamels might have his hands full today. We believe he can handle it though. It is not often you will find Hamels installed as a dog ( the same as C. Lee on Monday) and this figure’s to be a good spot to take him. Since 2008, Philly has a .635 win % vs. the NL West and are 2-1 TY after a loss vs. the Giants yesterday. Take Hamels as a dog in this one. He shouldn’t disappoint. -
